I absolutely love living at Mitchell Lofts! The entire team here is incredible. Sonja, the property manager, is amazing — she’s professional, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Jose from maintenance is quick, efficient, and genuinely takes pride in his work. The cleaning lady keeps everything spotless, and together they make an exceptional team that truly cares about the community. The building itself has such a unique vibe — modern, serene, and full of character. The pool area feels zen and relaxing, and the rooftop views are awesome. It’s peaceful, secure, and has that perfect balance of comfort and style. Out of all the places I’ve lived — from Florida to California to Texas — Mitchell Lofts stands out as one of my absolute favorites. It’s unique, welcoming, and just feels like home.

This building has a great community of people. There are all ages of people that reside in the building This side of Deep Ellum is realtively quiet on the weekends. Everyone is kind and you get to know a lot of your neighbors over time. A portion of residents have been in the building 5 to 10 years plus. This is a community that looks after one another. Management is doing a really good job of listening to our needs. Our housekeeping and handyman are some of the nicest and professional people out there.

I love it here and had a great experience overall! Everyone was kind and helpful to me where ever I go. I also enjoyed the relaxing lounge, pool table, and swimming pool on my spare time. I highly recommend anyone to stay at The Mitchell Lofts!

We absolutely love our loft and the backyard is perfect for our girl to “protect” us from the train. Sonja is wonderful and I am grateful to have a manager who gets things taken care of is something comes up! Jose(maintenance and more) is great and always willing to help out even if it is not in his “job description”! The community is wonderful and everyone watches out for each other. We have been here for over a year and plan on staying until we move back to the hill country. There is a “loud noise” curfew and we have not ever had any issue with people breaking that rule. It is a historic building with a great amount of character. We love it here! 😊

I've lived in several apartment complexes since moving to Texas in 2015. It's never felt like home until now. From the moment I walked through the front doors, everything was so clean and even smelt fresh. Sonja (Office Manager) is AWESOME. Her interaction with all the residents was so amazing! The best part is that this is an everyday occurrence. Everyone here are so kind, caring and friendly! Office, maintenance, housekeeping, etc. I love the industrial design and individuality of each Loft. This is a place that I can finally call "home"! Mitchell Lofts is a hidden gem and I am blessed to have found exactly what I've been looking for. To quote Annie... "I think I'm gonna like it here"! ~Dawn L.

I was initially only interested in this place because I thought it looked really cool and I've always wanted to live in a loft style apartment. However, after living here for only half a year I can conclusively state that this place has so much more than just a pretty face. Being such an old building I thought the sound proofing wouldn't be very good but I genuinely never hear my neighbors. The office staff and other workers are so sweet and always take care of my complaints promptly.

My partner, pup, and I all love living here! Our loft is SO beautiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The community is soooo friendly, and I absolutely love each member of the staff. *Knock on wood* but I've really never had issues trying to find free parking on the street. Overall such a wonderful experience and really grateful to live here!

The location is cool,typically new things popping up on the regular which is always cool. Matenience is pretty prompt. When my lease goes up again I will def be considering resigning

The property has tons of potential but progress has been very slow. I am happy that the pigeons are not longer carpet bombing my car in the parking garage, but this issue took over a year to be resolved. Promises were also made by management for an expanded fitness center early in 2022. Still waiting...

The gym really needs to be redone. It should be the meeting room. I feel that more people would use it if itb were more open AND itbwould overlook the pool.

When I first came here to look at the loft. I feel in love with it. The staff here is amazing. That’s what really got me to move here. Also with the new changes coming to the building are going to be nice.

We have lived here for a year. Nice place, quite, nice neighbors, staff is nice as well. Great amenities, pool refreshing, clubhouse has great coffee. No complaints!

This is a community of people of all ages and races. I am happy here. I would like our pool area upgraded. This is where the residents cone together as one to socialize. The landscaping needs help. Umbrellas would be nice or cabanas. Plants are dead by the water fountains and the lights above the pool need to be removed or repkaced. Its a hazard.. It's kind of depressing.

I love it here. I'm on the first floor. It's really quite. Vanessa and her staff are amazing! Best kept secret. My only issue was with the gym. I'm excited to know that renovations are on the way! That's a HUGE plus!!

Quiet chill environment wouldn’t trade it for any other place! Staff is nice and welcoming. Noise isn’t too bad but then again, I’ve got the first unit to the door! Love this place

I’ve been looking at Mictchell loft’s web for about six months .. countless times I’ve looked and loved the community. The lofts are stunningly beautiful and well kept with beautiful amenities. I will be a resident if 2023. I don’t think I’ll ever move out♥️

Had a wonderful community, then an influx of shady residents. Seems to be cleaning up. Love the building, love the people here now. Would like Draver to update the building. Perhaps a gate that's easier to open.

I love living at the Mitchell Lofts. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. The community is friendly. The loft spaces are incredible. Pool and rooftop areas to chill out. Exceptional living experience!

Love my neighbors. Love the building and my loft. Pretty happy with things. Would like it to be cleaner sometimes. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job On the weekends sometimes trash collects or the trash can overflows.

We’ve had ongoing issues with our unit and we’ve always felt a bit ignored since we are part of the garden units and not the main building. We’ve been through several turnovers with management and staff. Hoping this latest turnover will be a positive one.

Lots and lots of issues. The only way to get any issues resolved is to be rude. Issues getting minor maintenance issues resolved, building access is a joke, and was recently informed by the property management that there were lots of suspicious acitivities happening in the building but no notice to residents of said suspicious activities. Their solution? Claim that for security reasons their limiting the capabilities of the keypad system, even though it's because they don't want to fix the keypad solution. Their access "solutions" have now led to the doors being continuously propped open, delivery services like fedex and amazon not being able to access the building and packages being left outside to get stolen.

Nice location, great rooftop view of downtown and accessible to restaurants and public transportation. Building is kept clean, neighbors are pleasant and it’s quiet for the most part.

I mean... Everything was ok (not great because of the random people that started leasing in the building, plumbing problems, etc) but when I had just finished decorating my loft in January 2022 - I was told 2 weeks ago that because I'm an artist, even though I rarely have people come into my loft (I'm pretty sure there are residents who throw parties and have 100x people come and go than I do) just because I work and live here - my lease was not going to be renewed. I also got the impression that Greystar, nor Noah the building owner cares if I can get another place to live or not. I have always been an outstanding tenant, always taking care of the loft itself, my neighbors around me, and everything else in between. I was planning on living here for long years, at least another 5 years or so... But now I have to find another solution. Just not cool. Karma is also a B and I'm pretty sure whoever comes to my loft is going to make Greystar miss me.
